I have a few other tricks up my sleeve, but I'm going to tell you what I've done so far to help out this good cause:
Over at a place called Judy's Book (accept my invitation to become of member of it for free, if you want to, so that you can more actively participate--but you don't have to be a member to take advantage of this offer there), I've posted something called a Deal.
You can check it out by going here.
After I did that, I asked a question about it with its not only being posted at JB but, also, with it going out to people on my friends list there.
Here are some things that you might think of doing:
1.
Not only take out gift subscriptions for teens and/or families you know
who would enjoy this but, also, organizations such as your church (Note
to Jerry & Teresa, I'm beating you to the punch on this!), local
youth center, etc.
2. Also, take out subscriptions for
businesses who might want to place ads in TTM (ads only accepted from
businesses/individuals having something that would be acceptable for
the pages--otherwords, for instance, no ads for tobacco, alcohol,
etc.). This is what TTM needs at this time--more
businesses/individuals aware of a great place for posting ads. After
you've chosen businesses/individuals you believe might find TTM a great
match, take out subscriptions for them (no strings attached)--AFTER
which you let them know that they'll be receiving a year's subscription
to TTM and that they might find it a great place to advertise their
business/cause/etc.
3. Copy and paste this information into your blog.
One
final thing that might hold your interest: I'm a regular contributor
to TTM, so chances are that you'll be reading something I've written
during the course of a year.
